So I did it! OK, so 62 miles in a day isn't astonishing or groundbreaking, but it was a commute to a 9 hour working day and back. It was somewhat of a challenge, the hills towards Petersfield (read Butser Hill) were all seriously steep. It was evident I've lost some fitness recently, as these hills were pushing me and making me long for a larger range cassette.
